This policy explains how My Social Flow handles account information, workspace data and payment-related access information.
Privacy Policy
1. Overview
My Social Flow is an intelligent work workspace that helps users organize planning, projects, content, prompts, client activity and related work.
2. Account information
We use the account information required to create, secure and operate your My Social Flow account. Users are responsible for keeping their login details accurate and secure.
3. Workspace data
We store the workspace information you choose to enter so your work can be saved, synced and restored across sessions and supported devices. Logged-in users can use the available account controls to export or delete workspace data.
4. Security and verification
New account flows may require email verification. Security controls may also use rate limits, temporary tokens and account checks to reduce abuse and protect access.
5. Payments and Pro access
Payments are processed through WooCommerce and the connected payment provider. My Social Flow does not store full card, UPI or bank-payment credentials in the workspace. We keep only the order and entitlement information required to activate and manage plan access.
